How do I fit a mouth guard?
Most of our guards are boil-and-bite — soften in hot water, bite down and hold for a custom fit. Full fitting instructions are included.
Can I use the same mouth guard for BJJ and boxing?
Yes — our guards are suitable across combat sports. A single guard works for gi, no-gi, boxing and MMA training.
