How to Fit

Boil water and allow to cool slightly. Submerge the mouth guard for 20–30 seconds until softened. Remove, allow to cool for a few seconds, then place in your mouth and bite down firmly. Hold for 30–60 seconds until set. Trim any excess if needed.
